When you access the portours.fr site, you declare that you have read our terms and conditions of use of this site, and that you accept them.
In order to book properly on portours.fr

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions of use at any time, so please review them frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the Website. If we make changes to the content, we will notify you on the portours.fr website. portours.fr.
PRICE, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
All prices are displayed on the portours.fr website, in euros and all taxes included (with 6% VAT).). Depending on the country you are coming from, the price conversion will be based on the exchange rate on the date of payment for your reservation.
Not included in the prices:
– Tips
– Insurance for your personal property (luggage, bag, jewelry, etc.)
– Purchases not mentioned in our programs (such as drinks, meals, gifts, etc.)
When you reserve a product through our site portours.fr, we collect your payment information.
Portours accepts payments by Credit Card, Paypal, Transfer.. Portours does not cover any bank charges generated by credit or debit cards. If you have any questions about the fees or conversion rates charged, please contact your bank.
In order for your reservation to be effective, it is necessary to make payment in full via our Fareharbor online reservation system.
An invoice will be issued on the date of the visit and/or event, in the name of Fastwonder, Lda (Portours).
You can cancel your reservation at any time up to 48 hours before the date of the visit and/or event by sending a simple email to:

You will then be refunded in full the amount of the reservation (any bank charges will not be refunded) via the payment method you initially chose.
In the event that you wish to cancel a reservation less than 48 hours before the planned visit and/or event, please note that you will not be refunded except in the event of Force Majeure (in this case we will ask you for proof).
After paying for your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email that you must present (in print or electronically) at the time of the visit and/or event.
INSURANCE
When you (“customer”) book on our website portours.fr, you agree to comply with all legal and necessary requirements of Portugal. To meet passport and visa requirements, we recommend that you consult your country’s Embassy or Consulate.
Before your departure, it is strongly recommended that you take out travel insurance for yourself and everyone who will be part of the trip.
Portours has Civil Liability (Apólice RC65014491) and Personal Accident (Apólice AG65014573) insurance for the entire duration of the visits, applicable to excursions, in compliance with the terms required by law (Decree-Law 108/2009, May 15, amended by Decree-Law 95/2013, July 19 and by Decree-Law 186/2015, September 3).
COMPLAINTS
Each complaint is analyzed and processed by our Complaints Department which reserves the right to ask you for additional information in order to verify your identity and/or other information that it deems necessary to best meet your expectations.
Complaints submitted anonymously or under a false name will not be accepted.
APPLICABLE RIGHT
The portours.fr site is operated by a Portuguese company (Fastwonder, Lda) whose terms and conditions presented here are governed by the provisions of Portuguese law. Therefore, any dispute will be handled in the Portuguese Courts.
